fantastic stay!

friendly staffcomfy bedsee-through screen
the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was super clean with fresh sheets and a comfy bed. the location is awesome being so close to food places and the city. mohi and yu offered very nice service!
the bathroom had very little privacy because it only had a see-through screen. it made things a little uncomfortable. next time i will ask for a room with a proper bathroom door.

the urban king room had a romantic ambience the decor felt luxurious with soft lighting i found smith & co products in the bathroom a good addition the location near lygon street was so convenient for exploring little cafes and shops i adored my morning walks
the dimly lit reception area felt a bit unwelcoming i noticed a slight musty smell in the hallway near my room the coffee at breakfast was unfortunately not as robust as i hoped there was a small charge for bottled water in the room that i did not expect

The room had a comfortable bed and a good range of pillows. Its location is central near shops if you catch a tram up Lygon Street. Cleaning staff were helpful and topped up the coffee and sugar. I found the secure parking cheap .
I noticed toast was very hard during breakfast.
